All good things must end...and tonight the Islanders dominance of the past few years over the NY Rangers came crashing down thanks to some amazing play from Rangers backup goalie Alexandar Georgiev...the Russian was the unmistakable first star pitching his first NHL shutout in the process.

Reasons for concern?
Barzal, Eberle and Beauvillier are a now a combined -30 on the season...and on the road other coaches are starting to exploit them at will.

And the gap between Greiss and Lehner also continues to grow.

But the real key to whether or not this Islanders team will be a legit contender comes next when we see if Barry Trotz is able to stop the bleeding after two losses. The last time the Isles dropped back to backs they dominated Vancouver.
