Sorry for the lack of Isles Blogs over the last few days. I was swamped launching the 35 players on the 2018-19 RUMOR CHART UPDATE, but now that the launch is live I will be back to regular blogs. Honestly, I am loving covering the Islanders..Being a beat writer is MUCH more realizing and fun than constantly calling sources and following every lead on a Nylander trade possibility.

Ek Factors:

Both teams are coming off of impressive wins...The Islanders defeating the Rangers in a shootout, while the Stars shutout the Offensive Powerhouse Boston Bruins 1-0 on Friday night in Texas.
