Multiple sources are reporting that Jim Montgomery will replace Ken Hitchcock as Head Coach of the Dallas Stars. Montgomery was the Head Coach of the University of Denver, who won the 2017 National Championship.

Bob McKenzie: As I believe @ChrisDilks was first to suggest a day or so ago, Jim Montgomery is going to be the next head coach of DAL. Announcement expected this week.
