All three of the Los Angeles Kings' prospects participating in this year’s World Juniors took home medals this past weekend.

Kasper Simontaival and Samuel Helenius both earned Silver with Finland, after losing to Canada in the Gold Medal Game. Simontaival scored three goals and seven points in seven games, while Helenius managed one goal in six games. Both forwards had previously won Bronze with Finland in 2021.

Helge Grans also captured a medal, as Sweden defeated Czechia in the Bronze Medal Game.

Grans had four assists in seven games with Sweden. The defenseman was originally selected 35th overall by the Kings in 2020.
