Cats vs Avs

The Panthers sit atop of the Atlantic Division with a 3-0-0 record as they look to make it 4-0-0 tonight against the Colorado Avalanche - who sit in the middle of the Central Division pack with a 1-2-0 record.

Florida played a great game on Tuesday when they defeated their hated rival Tampa Bay Lightning 4-1. Everything was working that night except for the discipline factor again. The Panthers doubled Tampa in the PIM department with 12 minutes of penalties. They’re getting away with it now but I feel it’s only a matter of time before that catches up with them. Let’s clean it up a bit, fellas.

Whatever the Cats are doing, they should continue doing so tonight. Colorado has had some ups-and-downs with key players so far this young season (suspensions, injuries, etc.), but they are a fast team that has the skill to bury many biscuits - both by forwards and the backend. Don’t forget that the Avs had a “slow” start last year and ended up winning the President’s Trophy for most points.

Bob has been great so far and will get the nod tonight to continue his confident play. Looks like Eetu Luostarinen will make his season debut tonight.

Let’s keep it going!

But also remember this:
