The Canadian government has just agreed to a travel exemption for the next two rounds meaning that the Canadian team that makes it out of the North Division will be able to travel to the USA and back without quarantining and that the same will apply to their opponents. This very welcome news is yet another sign that Covid is finally on its way out and coincides with the lowest number of new cases in Quebec in months as the province only reported 179 new cases today.

Meanwhile, the Canadiens had a morning skate in Brossard today and nothing had changed in the team’s line-up. Considering that Ducharme’s men have won their last 5 games, this is hardly surprising. The head coach confirmed in his Zoom call that there would be no changes barring any surprises. As for the Jets, Paul Maurice has announced that Paul Stastny will be a game time decision.

Speaking of game time, do not forget that tonight’s game will start at 6:00 PM, while this is a weird start time, it also means that the Vegas-Colorado duel will start at 8:30 PM meaning that fans will be able to enjoy both games if they so desire.
