We only have 4 games for this Friday night as we lead into the weekend with only 2 weeks left on the regular season schedule. Jets/Habs is by far and away the biggest game of the night with a lot on the line in the North Division. Will any of the big teams have a letdown tonight?!

**I have started to research teams that come off at least a 5 game road trip and how they fare in their first game back home.** Its 11-8 to date.

Scenario #1 – Teams that are rested, either sitting at home or on the road while their opponent plays the night before. 25-11 over the last month of tracking it! The under is 21-14-1 in these spots.

Scenario #2 – Teams that are playing each other in back to back games, in which the home team loses the first game, the record of the home team in the second game is 79-53.

Scenario #3 – Teams playing back to back road games on consecutive nights tend to go under the total in the 2nd game. So far that trend is 38-29-2 when teams play on the road back to back nights. Florida/Nashville and Carolina/Dallas fit the system tonight.

Scenario #4 - One last angle I am tracking that is slightly profitable and similar to Scenario #1, is when any team loses the first game of a back to back against the same team, regardless if it’s on the road or at home, those teams are 95-69 in that situation. Boston, Florida and Carolina fit the system tonight.

Jets/Habs – Both teams desperate for a win! Jets have won 6 of 8 head to head and 6 of 8 have gone under the total this season.

Sharks/Avs – Avs have won 3 of 4 head to head this season but Colorado have lost 3 in a row overall!

Vegas/AZ – Knights have won 5 of 6 head to head this season and 4 of 6 have gone over the total. Vegas has won 10 in a row, are they ripe for a letdown after the big Avs win?!

LA/Anaheim – 3rd straight against each other, they have split the first 6 head to head this season.
