Big win for the Pens last night without Sidney Crosby over rival Philadelphia. Looking ahead to tonight’s card, we got 6 games on deck. Four of six are rematches from Monday night. Can the Oilers stop the bleeding and finally beat the Leafs? Leafs have dominated the Oilers over their last 14 games winning 11 of those! Can the Avs rebound from the beatdown by the Sharks?
Scenario #1 – Teams that are playing each other in back to back games, in which the home team loses the first game, the record of the home team in the second game is 39-22! Edmonton and Anaheim fits the system tonight.
Scenario #2 – Teams playing back to back road games on consecutive nights tend to go under the total in the 2nd game. So far that trend is 15-15 when teams play on the road back to back nights.
Scenario #3 - One last angle I am tracking that is slightly profitable and similar to Scenario #1, is when any team loses the first game of a back to back against the same team, regardless if it’s on the road or at home, those teams are 55-40 in that situation. Edmonton, Anaheim, Minny and Colorado fit the system tonight.

Caps/Bruins – Teams split the first 2 head to head meetings and both went over the total. Both teams off since Feb. 28th.
Leafs/Oilers – Leafs have the last 2 games in Edmonton, plus 4 of the last 5 against the Oilers. Leafs are a great road team this season, no reason to think they wont keep it up!
Blues/Ducks – Blues are one of the best road teams in the NHL and the Ducks have lost 7 in a row! Blues have won the first 3 meetings head to head this season.
Wild/Knights – Wild saw their 6 game win streak snapped and are one of the best road teams, while Vegas is on of the best home teams.
Yotes/Kings – Both teams have been off since Feb. 27th, but LA won the first two meetings this season.
Avs/Sharks – Rubber match as each team hasn’t lost at home versus one another with 2 of 3 going over the total.
