Was told there would be a coaching change before a Jack Eichel trade was even considered.

There are plenty of rumors regarding Eichel but according to three sources who have tried to see about Jack's availability, the Sabres have ZERO interest to even discuss the matter right now...It is quite normal for teams to start checking in on Eichel when they hear rumors, so I expected we would hear this soon...

Of course, this is hockey and EVERYTHING is temporary...every statement carries an expiration date on it...and those dates get shorter and shorter the closer to the deadline we get...

but as of now...Eichel is staying a Sabre...
