It's been eerily and surprisingly quiet in Tampa Bay Lightning land since the Stanley Cup victory. With a pressing need to clear cap space, it's hard to imagine that Julien BriseBois isn't working hard behind the scenes despite a lack of action to date. So, given the silence, it's a perfect time to bring back Mike's Mailbag to the Lightning blog here at HockeyBuzz. Just as I've been doing with the Senators, and just as I did back in my first run as the blogger here, I'll provide my two cents on anything Lightning or hockey in general.
