The NHL has moved the draft up about a week and this in turn has moved the UFA Day up to the 9th (or 7 days after the Stanley Cup is handed out, whichever falls later.) So UFA day is a month away.
This news has really launched the rumor mill in the past 24 hours to the point where it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone as GMs, agents, and others are starting to scramble. The next month will surely be a sprint around here as I will keep you up to date with everything I am hearing and be updating the Rumor Chart continually throughout the day...

There has been alot of discussion that Dumba could be on the move out of Minnesota, and I am hearing there is alot of interest from San Jose, Detroit, the Islanders, and Florida....but I am not hearing the Wild are so quick to be moving him as everyone else is saying....That is why I have not yet put him on the Rumor Chart..
On Letang...
Another player whom plenty of teams would love to trade for, but I don't think the time is ther quite yet for Letang either...One Penguins source put the chances of him bein moved prior to the season at around 5%. Montreal and Washington have both called...I would think Pittsburgh may not be looking to help either team currently...
