Calgary Flames prospect Dustin Wolf is having himself a year.

In recent months, the 19-year-old goaltender signed his first NHL contract and was named the WHL Goaltender of the Year...for the second time in a row.

The accolades continue to pile up, as Wolf is now taking home hardware as the CHL’s top goaltender.

Wolf won nearly 74% of his starts while posting a .935 save percentage and nine shutouts. Suffice to say, his play was impeccable on a nightly basis.

That’s been the case for three years. Wolf has never posted a save percentage below .928, and he sported an absurd .935 SV% while winning 75 of 104 decisions over the last two seasons.

Unfortunately for Wolf’s peers, he is not going anywhere just yet. Wolf will return to junior for one more year of record chasing with a little World Junior action – almost certainly as USA’s starter – mixed in between.
