Hoping that you are all following the stay at home order so that we can move to flatten the curve as quickly as possible. It is not fun we all know this but in the end lives are at stake and that is far more important than any game.

With that said though we do miss our Wild and the rest of the events that we would be following at this typically jam packed time of the year. We have heard rumblings of future plans for resuming the NHL season with even the potential of neutral site venues to limit the travel and exposure of all participants. Fargo has been mentioned as one of those potential neutral sites which would be pretty amazing for the Hockey crazed fans of North Dakota to get real NHL action and meaningful contests to say the least.

It is far too early to speculate anything at this point but hey, anything as far as news at this point has us all ears.

Our hopes are for NHL hockey once again and we along with the players, management, and staff are as well.

We can't forget how the Wild were making their playoff push and how Kevin Fiala had taken his game to a whole new level. The captain was turning back the clock and see ml ing to be enjoying the game again after the pressure of the deadline had passed, combined with his acceptance of his reduced role, which had actually made #9 all that much more effective.

Alex Stalock had taken over the #1 position in the Wild crease and the Wild defense corps were contributing in the scoreboard, while doing whatvtheybdo best in their own zone.

If the season does indeed resume, the break may be just what the Wild needed as crazy as that sounds. To be honest if the Wild were going to make the playoffs and then have any shot, Devan Dubnyk would have to play a part in that success.

The rest of the Wild vets from Suter and Parise to Staal, Koivu, and Zuccarello the break could serve as a blessing as well, that is of course, if and hopefully when the season does resume.

We are all in this together more than ever!

The quarantine will not last forever, but while we are in it let's do our part to abide by the rules.

Stay safe!!!
