Traveling is probably one of the hardest parts of any sport. KHL's Kunlun Red Star team that is based in China travels across the Russia and into the Europe during the season.

Their assistant coach Alexei Kovalev has done the math for us to explain how much of travel they do during the KHL season and shared it on his instagram page.

And let me tell you - the numbers are unreal.

Time spent on flying: 218 hours and 35 minutes.

Distance travelled in miles: 86,232

Distance travelled in kilometers: 138,789
