KHL has named the best players of the final week of 2019.

best goalie was Ivan Bocharov (Dynamo Moscow), who didn’t allow any goal in his two games last week, rejecting sixty shots from the opposition. His shutout against Kunlun Red Star and Spartak were, respectively, his fourth and fifth of the season. Bocharov’s shutout streak is still alive and is set at 125 minutes and 04 seconds thus far.
The best defenseman was Jakub Jerabek (Vityaz), who won two of three games with his team last week, scoring three goals with a plus-1 rating. The Czech defenseman had six goals on goal, blocked five shots from the opposition, and logged an average time on ice of 23 minutes and 06 seconds.

The best forward was Sergei Shumakov (Avangard), who won two games of two with his team last week, scoring 6 (2+4) points (best numbers of the week). Both Shumakov’s goals, against Traktor (away) and Admiral were game winners for Avangard. The forward also had two helpers in both showdowns. Shumakov posted no negative ratings, ending the week with a plus-6 rating (again the best numbers of the week).

The best rookie was goalie Janis Voris (Dinamo Riga), who didn’t allow any goal in his two games last week, rejecting 38 shots from the opposition. In the away match against Dinamo Minsk, the 19-years-old goalie was iced in the second period, and against Barys, he posted his first KHL shutout.
