I’ve added one player from each team that isn’t exactly the most worthy fantasy player on their respected team. These are quality players who I feel will burst out with an increase in points this season. Perhaps it’s due to a bigger role, a trade or promotion. Many factors to consider but I’m always looking to have a player that is getting quality minutes as well as some power play time.

Look to take some of these players in the later rounds of your draft. Some of them will be overlooked and passed up in your fantasy draft but could certainly help your team with some quality depth in the later rounds.

EAST:

Washington – Jakub Vrana (LW)
NY Islanders – Michael Dal Colle (LW)
Pittsburgh – Alex Galchenyuk (LW)
Tampa Bay – Mikhail Sergachev (D)
Boston –Jake DeBrusk (LW)
Toronto – Andreas Johnsson (LW)
Carolina – Andrei Svechnikov (RW)
Columbus – Zach Werenski (D)
Montreal – Nick Suzuki (RW)
Florida – Vincent Trochek (C)
Philadelphia – Travis Konecny (RW)
NY Rangers – Jacob Trouba (D)
Buffalo – Sam Reinhart (C/RW)
Detroit – Anthony Mantha (RW)
New Jersey – Nikita Gusev (LW)
Ottawa – Brady Tkachuk (LW)
