ST. PAUL -- Minnesota Wild General Manager Bill Guerin today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has re-signed forward Kevin Fiala to a two-year, $6 million contract ($2.5 million in 2019-20 and $3.5 million in 2020-21).

Fiala, 23, recorded 39 points (13-26=39) and 36 penalty minutes (PIM) in 83 games last season with the Minnesota Wild and Nashville Predators. He recorded his 100th career point with two assists vs. the New York Rangers on March 16 and skated in his 200th NHL game against Montreal on Feb. 14.
