2025-26 New Jersey Devils (October 9th 2025 - February 5th 2026)
25'-26' Devils, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Thursday night, February 5th, surrounded by fans. Born in Carolina on October 9th, 2025, the proud residents of Newark, New Jersey were very successful early on. Friends, family and fans alike will fondly remember their eight game heater, being atop the Eastern Conference on Black Friday 2025, dedication to not making roster moves when obviously needed, their failures to make big saves, not being able to score almost any goals, and of course inability to stay healthy.
The 25'-26' Devils were just 119 days old.
In lieu of flowers, the fanbase requests incessant booing, "Fire Fitzy" chants, and endless prayers that this team can be re-tooled successfully.
