The mishandling of Grigorenko has been frustrating to say the least. When he gets chances to play, he hasn't show a ton of promise. He's been all over the place with so many different coaches in just a couple of years.
I'd like to see him stay somewhere and get consistent playing time. He's a young player that has potential, but hasn't had the best situation at all.
"We had some real serious concerns about the development process for this player that I think were warranted." -Jay Grossman, Grigorenko's agent
I'm not the biggest fan of Grigorenko, but I do wish Buffalo could have taken care of him better. They are not setting him up for success.
The Sabres defeated the Capitals for the 2nd time this season, but you can thank Ryan Miller for that win once again. He delivered on what will probably be the save of the year for Buffalo.
If you haven't seen it yet, take a look:
Marc Andre Fleury made a highlight reel save of his own the other night, using his head. Calgary was in the mix of a 170+ minute scoring drought on home ice, but they finally got a goal.
