Congratulations to Jordan Nolan and the LA Kings on winning the Stanley Cup. Nolan isn't just the son of Ex-Islander head coach Ted Nolan, he is also the cousin of one of my absolute favorite guitarists, Mato Nanji from Indiginous.

Now, who would have guessed that Joran Nolan's name would be on the Stanley Cup before Henrik Lundqvist's? Nobody. But that's the NHL. You never know what will happen.
So, now it's all over except the clean up in LA from the after party. They'll have the parade they'll travel the Cup all over the world during the summer and we'll all plan for next season.
But first the NHL Entry Draft. I suppose we'll start by taking bets on where the Islanders will pick in Round One -- or not. Either way, this should be the start of an interesting season, the last at the barn.
