Nashville placed Derek Roy on waivers on Sunday and after clearing this afternoon, the former Sabres, Stars and Canucks center has been swapped to Edmonton for Mark Arcobello. The move marks the second roster change made by the Oilers on Monday, as they claimed winger Matt Fraser off waivers from Boston.

According to three sources this morning the Maple Leafs and Coyotes are in the midst of discussions regarding a possible deal, and the target is Arizona's Keith Yandle. I am told that last night's third period defensive collapse may have been the straw that broke the camel's back.
"A conversation that started, and ended, a few months ago is once again coming to the forefront," one source noted.
