Congratulations to Steve Ott on his new two year contract extension with the St. Louis Blues.
#stlblues have re-signed Steve Ott to a two-year extension worth $5.2 million.
— Jeremy Rutherford (@jprutherford) July 10, 2014$2.6 million per copy is a nice deal for Ott and the Blues.
Sounds like Vladimir Sobotka's loss was Otter's gain. Sobotka, 27, will reportedly be departing St. Louis to play in the NHL. Sobotka can have the KHL.
Ott loves playing for Ken Hitchcock because he thrives in tight-checking, D-first, heavy hockey games.
Can't be more honored to be back in a @StLouisBlues uniform! Great Fans, organization and unreal teammates! BaBam #LGB
