They're baaaaaack!
Or at least it looked that way last night as the Blackhawks yet again dominated the Winnipeg Jets, handing them a 4-1 loss in front of a sellout crowd at the United Center.
The Blackhawks kept the Jets bottled up in their end with a relentless forechecking and offensive zone pressure. Their passing and puck possession was virtually unstoppable.
All the big guns came up big: Toews, Kane, Sharp, Keith, Kane.
The Hawks dominated 30-20 in the face off dot. It was a thorough victory for a team that seems to be finding its form at a very good time, about to go into the annual, long Circus Road Trip.
At 10-2-4, the Hawks sit in 4th in the West, with winnable games coming up against Dallas (road) and Edmonton (home).
But the Circus Trip always presents challenges, and this year is no different with games in San Jose and Vancouver among others.
