More Hardware For Kane (kane biznasty)

Kaner revels in the ecstasy of the moment as he hoists the Father Charles Cup on Tuesday night.

Patrick Kane has had himself quite the Summer of 2014.

Last month, he and his Chicago Blackhawks teammate Jonathon Toews signed matching $84 million contract extensions.

On Tuesday night in suburban Buffalo, the two-time Stanley Cup champion added another championship to his already legendary hockey resume.

Pat Kane. Fattey Hockey League Champion. Kane dangled, dished and sniped his way to the league championship for his Milli Vanilli crew over The Pet Shop Boys. I'm told that Kane scored twice and added an assist in the 4-2 win.

Kane was named MVP of the championship game.

Here's the Milli Vanilli roster:

Milli Vanilli

Matt Bradley Kyle Kozlowski Nick Bailen Kevin Kozlowski Ken Wojnowski Kevin Ryan Cole Schneder Tim Benner Patrick Kane Vinny Scarcella Chris Bradley Cory Conacher Zemgus Girgensons Mike Faliero Quinn Eagen Owen Green Cullen Kane Tim Sgroi

To the victors go the spoils.

The Fattey Hockey League is the real deal. No wimps here.

With all this talk of Buffalo’s top nine forward group heading into training camp, one wonders what the bottom three forward group is going to look like.

With Matt D’Agostini, Zenon Konopka, and John Scott on the move out of Buffalo, Cody McCormick, Matt Ellis and Pat Kaleta will be candidates for fourth line duty. Signing the rugged 29 year old Bissonnette would add grit and size to a Buffalo roster that will be top heavy with youngsters.

BizNasty does more than just fight. He can skate 6-7 TOI per night and he can wear down opponents on the wall.. He’s big, tough, and hard to play against. He plays a heavy style and he fits Tim Murray’s Buffalo help wanted ad perfectly for the Buffalo Sabres.

The Sabres have the cap space and they have a need for a fourth line hammer.

BizNasty grew up a par four away from Buffalo in Welland, Ontario. He’d follow in the skate strides of fellow Niagara Region tough guys Zenon Konopka, John Scott, and Andrew Peters to suit up for the NHL club that he grew up cheering for.

BizNasty scored two goals and added six assists, earned 53 PIMs in 39 games played with the Phoenix Coyotes in 2013-14.

Bissonnette has spent the last five seasons with the Coyotes after starting his career with the Penguins during the 2008-09 season. Bissonnette was originally drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the fourth-round (121st overall) of the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.

He's said to be an excellent teammate and a team-first guy.

Some would say that his large personality and appetite for social media may make him a bit of a distraction in the room. Dude has nearly 560,000 Twitter followers and counting. Never a dull moment with @BizNasty2point0.

Watch how former Sabres legend-in-his-own-mind Ville Leino offers zero resiatnce to @BizNasty2point0’s dangle-snipe combo platter. That’s impressive folks.
