The Wings aren't the team they once were and now reside in the EasternConference. but you have to think some bad blood still exists (albeit strangely respectful as it has been for years) between these two longtime rivals who gave each other all they had in the Western Conference Semi-Finals last Spring.
The Hawks are 5-4- 1 in their last ten games, coming off two big home wins over the Ducks and Bruins. Detroit is 4-5-1. Chicago is 5th on the power play, Detroit 22nd. The Hawks are 29th on the penalty kill and Detroit is 5th.
