I've been getting lots of emails with various questions regarding the WJC, so I'm going to put together a Q&A blog for you before I cross the pond tomorrow night. If you have questions or want to debate a point, etc send them my way.
Most popular so far is who will be the final cut for Team USA. With two guys battling the flu, Team USA has held off on making their final cut and assuming both Adam Erne and Tyler Motte are ready to go come Thursday, I'm going with Quentin Shore. I might have included Vince Hinostroza, but he's been noticeable in a positive way in their pre-tournament games. I'm also thinking if Motte (my other bubblicious player) was going home, he'd already be on US soil, but then again they could just be waiting to see how Erne feels.
Second most popular question is about my coverage. I will be doing a live game blog for every USA and Canada game and then an end of day recap plus some other features sprinkled in. Point is, just consider my blog as 2014 WJC Central. I will have all sorts of blogs, videos and podcasts...you won't know what to do with yourself.
