Despite all of the negative statistics this season, the Sabres are a perfect 4-0 in shootouts this year.

It's been nice to see Girgensons begin to break out and I'm wondering how often we will be able to see these types of effort. If it's a preview of what he's going to be like in the future, I'm excited. He's turning out to be a better player than Grigorenko, but it's still very early for that.
Girgs has been doing it all, and it's nice to see someone step up and make plays. There are too many players that go unnoticed on almost a nightly basis.
I thought the Sabres would win last night, but never would have predicted a 10 round shootout. A few guys got their first shootout opportunity for the Sabres, and Flynn and Girgs capitalized.
The Sabres have been playing better, but how will they build off last night's win against Ottawa? This is an important part for me. The Sabres have won two games in a row just one time this season. I'm interested to see how they come out tomorrow nigh against the same Senators team.
