The Sabres come into tonight's game with a chance to take both games of a home and home set with the Sens. Buffalo can also win two in a row for just the second time this season.
I talked about how important it is for the Sabres to respond with a strong 60 minute effort tonight. If they are able to do that, it'd be another step in the right direction.
There were a few changes during practice this morning:
- Ryan Miller is expected to get the start in goal against Craig Anderson.
- Mike Weber will replace Brayden McNabb in Sabres' lineup tonight. I don't understand this move. I though McNabb had been playing well.
- Ville Leino will be back in the lineup as Cody Hodgson is out with a lower-body injury.
