On Patrick Sharp...
A ton of value here despite his dropping numbers. Teams are always looking for Sharp-like players. He is a great leader and can still contribute...especially if given a bigger role. There is already buzz from three teams...Nashville, Washington, and the NY Islanders....I also could see San Jose getting involved...
On Brad Richards...
I am not convinced that he wants more money over staying in Chicago. He has found the perfect "end of his career" situation in Chicago. The one team I heard tied to Richards outside of Chicago is Pittsburgh...but they have bigger fish to fry first...
On Nash...
Minnesota and Detroit are both calling on Nash I am told. The Rangers have a bog decision to make. Rick Nash's value will never be higher...but they also have 40+ goals to replace. If the Rangers were to get in on Phil Kessel...maybe.
On Ehrhoff...
Detroit wants Mike Green, but Ehrhoff could come at a much more reasonable hit given the many current ELC's the Wings are dealing with....Ottawa and San Jose also with interest.
