I'm just playing the messenger for this game. Everything on the Penguins front is in a holding pattern for right now so why not have a little bit of fun while we wait for something to happen.
I saw the following on Twitter today and I thought I would pass it along to all my readers
Here is dumb/fun game, blatantly copied from @ringer's NBA version https://t.co/yuwRU9bxHa

The team that I came up with is the following:
Malkin($4)-Crosby($6)-MacKinnon($2) Brodie($1)-Subban($4) Elliott($1)
It's Sid and Geno what else needs to be said? Nate MacKinnon is currently being held back by the team he plays on. He can offer more offensively and his relative possession numbers on Colorado are strong and he can fly. TJ Brodie is an underrated defenseman I picked up in the bargain bin and PK Subban is one of the very best at his position. Never pay for goaltending. Brian Elliott for $1 is all you need with that roster.
What can you come up with?
Thanks for reading!
