* Murray refuses to take his foot off gas pedal. Says he won't take a break. There is too much work to be done in rebuilding Sabres properly.
* Murray "if you can't hit a curveball you cant play in the pros". Meaning, if Sabres pick 3rd or 5th, so be it. You have to deal with it. Hence, his curveball take
* Murray said that his NY Times article is great publicity for OHL and major junior hockey. He said he did the interview about 10 days ago.
* Murray reiterated what he said in Ottawa radio earlier this week which is he speaks a lot about Connor McDavid because he is asked more about #97 than he is about Jack Eichel. No slight on Eichel, just more media people have a McDavid agenda, especially in Canada.

* Murray says his players are playing as hard as they can right now.
* Murray also said that he saw scoring machine Andrej Meszaros, he of 4 gaols in the past two games and asked him "What the hell are you doing, Mez!!"
Meszaros assisted on the first goal of the game for the Sabres vs. Leafs. Meszaros now has 5 points and counting in his past 3 games. Obvioulsy, Leafs fans erupted in a loud cheer when Dalpe scored. Those dreamers actually think that they have a legit shot at landing McDavid in the NHL Lottery.
