Lines Shuffled for Tilt with Devils (Ducks)

After absorbing their seventh shutout of the season, Anaheim heads to the Rock (Prudential Center) in Newark to face the resurgent Devils. If Chad Johnson can shut out the Ducks, Cory Schneider must be chomping at the bit to play tonight. Another player looking forward to the game is former Duck, Kyle Palmieri. The Metropolitan area native has outscored both Corey Perry and Ryan Getzlaf this season. He is proving that the Ducks needed him more than he needed the Ducks.

On the Ducks side, they respond to their latest O-fer with a line change. Yes, you read that right. Bruce Boudreau has decided to demote Ryan Kesler to the third line. Rickard Rakell will move from first line left wing to Kesler's customary pivot position on line two. Recent multiple scratch player Pat Maroon will play on the left of Getzlaf and Perry on the top line. No starter in goal has been named yet, but it might be a good idea to get Frederick Andersen a start. Here is tonight's lineup:

Forwards Maroon-Getzlaf-Perry Sekac-Rakell-Silfverberg Hagelin-Kesler-Cogliano Santorelli-Horcoff-Stewart

Defensemen Fowler-Bieksa Lindholm-Manson Stoner-Vatanen

Goalies Gibson Andersen
