I have to go with the Ducks in this one.
From top to bottom they are the better team and they have the advantage where it matters most: between the pipes.
Frederik Andersen has been lights out since entering the series while Pekka Rinne has failed to match his sub par .908 regular season save percentage.
Give me the home team and the hot hand in goal.
James Tanner It's been a good series with maybe the two best groups of defensmen in the entire NHL playing each other, but I have to stick with the Ducks because its just far more likely that Anderson has a good game than Rinne.
Not to mention that going into game seven with Corey Perry having scored no goals so far and thus overdue for a big game is not a good thing if you're a Predators fan.
Peter Tessier It's going to be Anaheim and not because I am loaded up on Ducks in my pool. The pressure is on them just like it was with St. Louis on Monday night, this time however the opposition is not quite the same. I saw that with no intentional disrespect to the Preds but they are not the Blackhawks.
For the Ducks they have to stop being cute and play the kind of game that drives play and puts the pressure back on Rinne to be a better goalie than he has been most of the season. If they can do that they will win but, it's the pressure of losing that is that will drive them to victory.
Ed Stein With all due respect to the Boss, this one goes to the Ducks. Freddie Andersen has been outstanding in the series. He became the starter in game three and has not allowed more than two goals in any of those games. Corey Perry is due to end his goal drought. There is no way the Ducks get out played at home in game 7.
