NOTES:
Vince Hinostroza (upper body) and Tyler Motte (lower) are both possible for tonight's game, which would cause an adjustment in the lines mapped out above. However, I would not count on either being in the lineup.
The Hawks come off a lackluster performance in Winnipeg Tuesday night. They've had rest since and should be ready for the Flames tonight.
Flames F Johnny Gaudreau had surgery (finger) Wednesday after a blatant hacking incident versus the Minnesota Wild and will be out tonight. As a fan, you have to marvel at a league that actually spends time and money debating whether to add an extra gimmick to the gimmick known as the shootout, while allowing its rising stars to be injured through what are clear penalties. Let's consult the "War Room," right? Ugh.
I’ll recap the game tomorrow.
