What to watch:
1) In the game against LA Scott Gomez, Michael Ryder, Steve Bernier and a plethora of veterans, who in theory could be moved, stepped up and produced offensively against one of the best defensive teams in the league in their rink. I don't sense the value for any of those guys is particularly high, but if they can continue to produce the Devils may be able to get something for them.
2) The Ducks are a good 5 vs 5 team and the Devils, well, aren't so they'll likely need to win the special teams battle if they want to have a shot in this one.
3) Adam Larsson has been playing some great hockey of late, but he and Andy Greene will have another tough task tonight squaring off against Ryan Getzlaf and Corey Perry. They'll need to be on their game or it could get ugly.
4) Cory Schneider has allowed eight goals in his last four starts and is up to a .919SV% on the year. Given how poorly the team has played in front of him at times, he's having a pretty good season.
