Corey Perry scored just 2:26 into the first Overtime period to clinch the series 4-1 over the visiting Calgary Flames.
Perry had left the game briefly after a collision with the Flames Matt Stajan seemed to injure his leg.
Anaheim will face Chicago in what promises to be one heck of a Western Conference Final!
