In recent years the Calgary Flames have been very active in the free agent market when it comes to Czech players looking to come overseas.
A few years ago they signed Roman Cervenka, which didn't work out very well, and more recently they brought in defenseman Jakub Nakladal, who has proven to be a capable NHLer.
Nothing is done yet, obviously, but the Flames are reportedly one of the teams making a big push for forward Daniel Pribyl.

Pribyl, an unsigned draft pick of Montreal in 2011, is coming off a good season in the Czech league where he posted 16 goals and 45 points in 45 games.
He followed that up with an impressive postseason run as he scored five times and recorded 11 points in nine games.
Success overseas doesn't always translate to success at the NHL level (see Cervenka, Roman) but it's can't hurt to give him a contract and see what he can do.
