There is a 1pm USA press conference today that will push our show start to 2pm today...
We are less than a week from the big Vesey day and all indications are the Sabres are trying to get it done ahead of the deadline despite being told he Vesey won't sign until the 15th even if it is with the Sabres. Buffalo does own his rights and therefore you can't blame them for trying to make the early play.
While most put this as a two horse race between the Leafs and Bruins, The Blackhawks also have set their eyes on the prize and when they can legally speak with him could even have some key players contact him to see if he would like to jump on a team with immediate Cup chances.
