After taking two defensemen in the 1st round the Blue Jackets have picked three consecutive forwards.
Their latest pick was Keegan Kolesar. He's a 6'2' forward who put up 19 goals and 38 points in 64 games with the Seattle Thunderbirds last season.
He is capable offensively but is known more for his physicality and defensive game.

With their 2nd pick of the day the Blue Jackets looked overseas and chose Swedish forward Kevin Stenlund.
Stenlund is a 6'3' center who can be utilized in all situations. He possesses petty good puck skills, too, and is a good skater.
He spent most of last season with HV71's under-20 team and produced 36 points in 36 games.

The Columbus Blue Jackets selected forward Paul Bittner with their first of two picks in the 2nd round.
Bittner is a 6'4' 200 pound winger who scored 34 goals and tallied 71 points in 66 games last season while playing on a line with Oliver Bjorkstrand on the Portland Winterhawks.
The Jackets surely saw a lot of Bittner while checking up on Bjorkstrand and obviously like what they saw.
He is strong on the puck very physical, and he is certainly not afraid to go to the dirty areas of the ice. He doesn't posses high-end puck skills but he does have a very good shot.
He likely projects as a 3rd line player at the NHL level.
