Chicago Blackhawks @ Winnipeg Jets 7PM Central CSN Chicago/TSN 3
THE BUZZ
The Jets are a talented, hard-working team that plays a physical, high tempo game. The Hawks struggled against Winnipeg last year, and they will need to bring their A game to the MTS Centre tonight. Rookie Tanner Kero replaces Vince Hinostroza on Chicago’s third line. Kero has been the bright spot for the Hawks’ AHL affiliate in Rockford this season, leading their best line with 8 points in and +7 in 7 games. He is small but fast and hard-working with some skill.
The Hawks are riding a 4-game winning streak coming in to tonight’s action, but they are not scoring a lot of goals.
