Merry Christmas Eve to all the readers.
We celebrate this holiday season with the Los Angeles Kings atop the Pacific division, and also fighting amongst the top of the Western Conference standings. It has been a good year thus far, with far more ups than downs. The Kings have played good hockey up to this point, and hopefully, HOPEFULLY, they can avoid the long winter slump that puts the fans in a foul mood for the next two months.
While we could have put forth an article yesterday airing all the grievances we have with the Kings in respects to Festivus, there really have yet to be too many right? Sorry Frank Costanza, maybe we will withhold those grievances til next year.
What we can do though, is have everyone gather around the Hockeybuzz Christmas tree as we hand out gifts to each and every player on the L.A. Kings roster. Put on the yule log, sit down, and enjoy the gift giving season. Let's see what Santa has brought the L.A. Kings players this holiday season.

More starts. (Hey, he has been pretty good after all!)
To Brayden McNabb:
Some pine tar so he stops losing his lumber during the game.
To Andy Andreoff:
More time at wing and with Nick Shore in order to help his fancy stats!
To Milan Lucic:
A rope and some duct tape in order to never be separated from Toffoli or Carter for the rest of the season.

Never again playing as the 7th D.
To Christian Ehrhoff:
Your slapshot circa 2010-11.
To Michael Mersch:
A copy of the movie Terminator, you'll be back.
To Darryl Sutter:
A farm hand, a new tractor, and the ability to pull your goalie with more than a minute left in a game when trailing.
To Dean Lombardi:
A big bottle of scotch. After the offseason this man had to deal with, he deserves it.
To the readers:
A great big thank you. Without you readers I would be nothing. Thank you all and have a safe and Merry Christmas!
