Yes indeed, it is that time again.
Time for the Hockeybuzz Rumor Chart to Launch and this particular rumor season may be the best we have seen in years. Almost every reporter I spoke to in Chicago felt there would be more movement at this draft than most can recall.
The big name right now is Devan Dubnyk. Talks aren't going smoothly for now and this is about to get interesting as both San Jose and Edmonton are lurking...
