Wild On A Streak (Wild)

It was not the prettiest of wins for the Wild, but they don't ask how, it is all about how many. The Wild have now won four straight, heading into their Central Division showdown with Colorado tomorrow night, before heading out on the road for a tough seven game road trip.

We know what Colorado has done against the Wild dating back to last season, dominating the games nearly start to finish. Tomorrow night will be a tough test especially since the next seven will be away from the friendly confines of the Xcel Energy Center.

So far October has been a good month for the "aging" "speed challenged" Wild as they have taken care of business for the most part with a schedule that is heavily weighted with home games. November will be a better barometer to see where this team is and what exactly Paul Fenton has to work with,

I truly believe that this Wild team will have a different look at some point in during the season, and these next few weeks could tell us a whole lot about the team and who they truly are.

Winning at home is great but winning on the road separates the playoff teams from the pack.

Looking forward to the next few weeks to see just how the Wild respond.
