I'll go with John Gibson.
Over the last three seasons, 33 goaltenders have appeared in at least 120 games. Gibson ranks 1st in save percentage (.924%), shutout percentage (9.21%), and is only .01% behind Corey Crawford and Braden Holtby for the top spot in quality start percentage.
I think people are finally catching on to just how good Gibson is and that he'll be recognized accordingly sooner rather than later.
Honorable mention goes to Sergei Bobrovsky. He owns a .926 save percentage over the last two seasons, he plays for a solid team, and he has contract year motivation.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say John Gibson. Since becoming the Ducks starter in 2015 Gibson has done nothing but perform. He had the 7th most saves last season while maintaining a .926 SV%. Usually, this is where I would say it is unlikely for his numbers to stay at that level but he has steadily increased his numbers since entering the league.
My runner up would Jonathan Quick. After stumbling for a couple years the LA Kings look to be back in the mix once again. The team managed to make the playoffs despite not having Jeff Carter for most of the season. A big factor in this was the play of Quick. I expect to see the Kings in the mix for top spot in the Pacific and a strong campaign by Quick would be a big reason why.
