I know the Anaheim Ducks have dealt with quite a few injuries but their play to date has been nothing short of embarrassing. Every single night the other team opens up a shooting gallery in Anaheim's zone. They are constantly hemmed in and chasing play. It's gotten to the point where getting to center ice without losing possession is an achievement. If not for John Gibson, who legitimately needs to be all-world every single night, the Ducks would be last in the NHL. I honestly don't think I can remember a team leaving their goalie out to dry the way the Ducks do on a consistent basis.
That shows in the data, too, as their Corsi and Expected Goals numbers are somehow worse than what the 2014-15 Buffalo Sabres posted and they were legitimately trying to lose games. Something has to change.

5. Hakstol - He's gotta know that even the most patient of people in Hextall is going to have to look at the bench as partially responsible for Philly's ills. Heat level: simmer
4. Stevens - While LA is a dumpster fire of problems is it actually his fault? Who actually trades for Dion Phaneuf??? No seriously- who does that? LA may be forced to fire Stevens because he's the only option other than firing the person who makes the player contract decisions. Heat level: slow burn
3. Randy Carlyle - At some point, John Gibson is going to skate over to the bench and rip into Carlyle. The guy sees more rubber than dead skunk on the highway and that's because Carlyle can't coach defense without 2 hall of famers on his roster. He's a dinosaur and likely going to be extinct soon. Heat level: Medium boil
2. Jeff Blashill - Surely he can't be at fault for the abomination of the Red Wings, can he? Well, when you let a team turn into that kind of gong show you need to take out someone else first before you get fired yourself. BTW have you seen Detroit's cap hit? The franchise is a mess and to top it off they play like crap so sorry Jeff, you're done. Heat level: Boiling
1. Mike Yeo - No matter what you think of Yeo as a coach his record shows he's underwhelming. Some strong points but he's always getting his team to a point where everyone says 'why can't this guy do more?' This season it only took 10 games!! A record. Who cares if Tyler Bozak is not really a legit centre in his role- to bad for Yeo. It's all over and you're done very soon unless you get a goalie and better defense and a bunch other things. Heat level: boiling over into the fire.
