With the elimination of the Penguins last night the questions of course will arise...
There is no doubt that the Penguins move that saw Ian Cole moved out and Brassard brought to the Penguins looked brilliant at the time, but the Penguins defense in the playoffs combined with really only getting scoring from Crosby and Guentzel, these Pens did not look indestructible...
And also, it needs to be noted these Caps are REALLY good. What they did to Columbus in the last four games was nothing to sneeze at.
But Ian Cole had helped in the playoffs before and for some reason the Penguins wanted nothing to do with him this time around...
Predators and Jets are such a treat...
It really can't be downplayed how great this series is. Gotta love when we get a 7 game series like this...Can't stand the fact that we have no hockey for two nights and have to wait for Thursday night to play this game...
