**check comment section for goalies and other leans** We split last night's games and now onto a 7 game card tonight. Analysis below.
CAR/OTT - Both teams played last night but Ottawa doesn't have to travel. The Sens have now gone under the total in 8 straight games and I expect a tight defensive game tonight with both teams playing back-to-back nights. Ottawa +225 is very tempting as a dog as they are playing their best hockey of the year.
PITT/BOS - The Pens lost 4 in a row heading into the All-Star break, while the Bruins weren't playing either losing 3 of their last 5 games. Malkin just went on the covid list for Pittsburgh. I lean to the under here as 8 of the last 10 head-to-head have gone under the total.
NJ/MTL - The Habs are starting to get healthy and catch the Devils in a nice spot with NJ playing last night. NJ has lost 7 in a row and the Habs 6 in a row. MTL has 5 straight games at home, so that helps with them with rest and no travel. Small lean to MTL here and the under.
CLB/WSH - Both teams have been extremely inconsistent the last 15 games and the Caps still have Ovechkin and Oshie out. Small lean to the Jackets here and the under.
MIN/WIN - The Wild had won 6 in a row heading into the break and don't play again until Saturday, so they will sink a lot into this game tonight. The Jets are a mess and struggling big time having lost 7 of their last 8 games, lean to the Wild here -145.
VEG/EDM - The Oilers have won 5 of their last 6 games and have beat Vegas both times this year on the road. Vegas had 3 players plus the coaching staff at the All-Star and now travel to EDM, this is a prime letdown spot for their key players. Vegas plays back-to-back nights in Alberta then has a week off. Lean to EDM -110.
ARI/VAN - The Canucks just had 3 key players go into the covid protocol and have gone 6-9 since the Christmas break after winning 7 in a row with the coaching change. The Yotes have lost 6 of 7 games, Vancouver needs this game badly to stay in the playoff race but no way I play them at -240. Lean to the under here too.
