If Fox was good Friday, he was sublime Saturday. A pair of goals and three assists to lead to New York to the win. It's clear that his offensive skills weren't exaggerated. The key will be how he plays in his own zone. But he has done little to hurt his chances heading into training camp.

Kravtsov was all over the place, tallying three assists in the win. Two of the three helpers were of the primary nature. Kravtsov was noticeable every shift he was on the ice, rebounding from a so-so game Friday.
Shawn O'Rourke of NHL.com spoke with with coach Kris Knoblauch after the game:
On Kakko:
Spoke with Kris Knoblach, the #NYR coach after the game tonight, he said that Kaapo Kakko remains ill andwas not 100 percent. They hope he will play Monday vs. MIN. He has skated Friday and Saturday. NYR is off Sunday.

Reason for win:
Knoblach also said NYR was better in its win against DAL because they were better on defense and that led to more offense. They had 7 goals, including an empty netter. NYR skill players were much better Sat, especially Fox and Kravtsov

On Robertson and Henriksson:
#NYR's Knoblach was also high on D Matthew Robertson and C Karl Henricksson, the second-round pick from this year. Loved Roberson's play in the D end tonight. "Those two guys were two of our best players tonight. Those two I thought were really good."
