Three Sharks prospects named to final World Juniors rosters (Sharks)

Follow me on Twitter: @BenShelley_20 Follow HockeyBuzz Sharks Twitter: @HB_Sharks Three San Jose Sharks prospects were named to final rosters for the World Juniors today, while one won't be able to represent his country in the tournament, as a result of COVID protocols.

Santeri Hatakka, who was selected by the Sharks in the sixth round of the 2019 NHL Draft, was named to Finland’s World Juniors roster for the second year in a row. He’ll be one of eight defenders on the team’s roster.

Artemi Kniazev, who was selected by the Sharks with the 48th overall selection in last year’s NHL Draft, has made the final roster for Team Russia. The defenseman wasn’t initially listed for the selection camp.

Thomas Bordeleau, who was selected 38th overall by the Sharks in this year’s draft, was left off Team USA’s final roster, as a result of COVID protocols.
