This just in...
The Canadiens and Islanders are talking to the two Los Angeles Metro area teams...but maybe not about the same players....
The Habs are "seriously interested in Jakob Silfverberg" and have also talked to the Rangers about Mats Zuccarello....According to my key source in Montreal..who has NEVER been wrong..The Habs are BUYERS big time...Montreal looking at some serious scrabble points with interest in Jakob Silfverberg and Mats Zuccarello.....
Meanwhile, down on Long Island, Lou is making things happen as well...he is in on Panarin (which by the way Boston isn't) and the Islanders are talking to the Kings about Martinez....
I will have more on Panarin, PLUS the most interesting interview I have had with an NHL GM ever regarding the very real possibility of offer sheets this summer....but not the way you might be expecting...
more to come..
